Montmartre!

Today we finally braved the subway

and were treated to giant Harry Potter ads

and murals... and stairs

...soooooo many stairs

But our reward was gelatto... mountains of glorious gelatto

Which we ate at Artist's Square

And we somehow wound up at Sacre Coeur without having climbed any (more) stairs

Where a musical old couple made us smile

and there are crypts

in which statues hold their own, severed head (we all know how I appreciate decapitation in art...?)

We found the carousel from Amelie!

and we brought home oodles of loot
